In most cases we will ship your order the same day that it is paid, or the following business day. Your order will ship from within the United States. Free shipping is available for destinations within the USA and Puerto Rico. There is a Priority upgrade option to receive your order even faster. We do not ship outside of the US & PR.
Shipping is discrete with no invoice included and packaged in a plain brown box, poly bag, or Priority mail box- depending on the item you purchase and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping details when you checkout. If you realize that you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please use our contact form to reach us immediately. Failure to notify us of a change in your shipping address may result in your order being sent to the incorrect address that you entered. If the item is sent to an incorrect address and is returned to us, we will issue you a replacement order when your correct address is confirmed and the additional postage cost is paid by you, otherwise we will refund your order less shipping costs.
Incorrect Delivery policy – If your item is marked as delivered and you have not received your package, please contact your local mail carrier for clarification as to the whereabouts of the package. If the USPS informs you in writing that your package was delivered to the wrong address and is not recoverable, and you chose upgraded Priority shipping at checkout, contact us to file an insurance claim. If you did not choose the Priority upgrade with included insurance, we can offer you a discount on your next order on our website.
We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee on all of our product(s) for using one unit with unsatisfactory results. Refunds are pro-rated after the first unit used. You must return the remainder of the unused product(s) in order to receive your refund. In order to process your return, you must contact us for return instructions and to receive your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and it is suggested to include tracking service with the returned merchandise.
